Jeannie began her property management career in 2005 in the residential sector, where she gained valuable experience across multiple facets of the industry, including city permitting and inspections, public works, internet sales and marketing, administration, accounting, property maintenance, and construction. In 2018, she transitioned into commercial real estate, managing retail shopping centers and office properties. Prior to joining Collett in 2024, Jeannie oversaw the property management division of a national footwear retailer, where she managed repairs and maintenance for more than 100 locations and supervised construction buildouts. Known for her reliability, initiative, and results-driven approach, Jeannie brings strong critical thinking skills, budget-conscious management, and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
