Larry started his career working with PricewaterhouseCoopers audit practice in New York before moving to Charlotte to continue his career in PwC’s audit practice. Larry spent over six years serving audit clients primarily in the alternative investments and banking industries.
After moving from public accounting into industry, Larry served as the controller in residential real estate development in Charlotte for seven years across two different companies, managing the accounting and reporting for land development and home building joint ventures across the country as well as build to rent development projects in North Carolina. Larry most recently served as the CFO for a non-bank SBA lender in Charlotte with loans across the country, managing the accounting, financial reporting and loan operations.
Larry joined the Charlotte office of Collett in March 2025 as CFO. He is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial reporting and internal control functions of the firm.
