Will Black joined the Collett Brokerage team in May 2016. His primary focus is the leasing of our North Carolina and South Carolina portfolio, along with buyer/tenant representation. Will plays a key role in development projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
Will has been a commercial real estate broker in North Carolina since 2014, and South Carolina since 2017, beginning his career with NAI in Raleigh, NC as a tenant representative, and at Mikels & Jones Properties as a leasing and sales representative. During his tenure at Collett, Will has established strong tenant relationships, while also leasing a number of third party and Collett-owned developments..
